An Annual Support and Maintenance Plan provides for a nominated amount of support and maintenance time per calendar month at a significant discount to the standard rate. If the average time used in a three month period exceeds the time purchased by more than 15%, the plan will automatically be elevated to the level which represents average usage. Support and maintenance can be used in increments of 15 minutes or part thereof.
